Bold innovators and dreamers.Join us, and you can build something better for yourself, for our customers and for the industrial champions.<p></p><p><b>Job Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>At the regional level, accountable for the end-to-end service delivery and management of the assignee and relocating employee experience, including: assignment selection, planning, deployment, on-assignment monitoring, proactive end-of-assignment planning (extensions, localization, repatriation).</li><li>Responsible for oversight and management to ensure a high quality assignment experience or country relocation for Boeing employees by managing high-touch relationships with assignees and managers.</li><li>Coordinates with HR workgroups, process partners, and service suppliers to achieve the relocation and assignment objectives to contribute to a positive employee experience. </li><li>Develops service solutions for employee escalations, removes roadblocks, and appropriately sets expectations with employees on the intent and purposes of assignments and relocations.</li><li>Communicates with, educates and trains end users and process partners on relocation and assignment processes.</li><li>Develops and leverages key relationships with regional end users, process partners, and business partners.</li><li>Contributes to the overall compliance of regionally assigned employees, country-to-country relocations, and international business travelers, highlighting areas of risk and opportunities (employment agreements, consent to secondment documentation).</li><li>Responsible for regional metrics on assignment and relocation status, service quality, and overall experience for expatriates and employees on relocation (one-way relocation to new job/work assignment).</li><li>Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to coordinate upfront planning and assignee selection and end of assignment/repatriation to re-deploy talent into the organization.</li><li>Understand business partners technical/functional needs and translate those needs into effective and efficient strategies; engage as a consultant and influence decisions.</li><li>Proactively partner with in-region business partners, process partners, hiring managers and employees to support mobility and related services.</li><li>Monitors data and provides information to identified process owners for service excellence and program compliance. Utilizes metrics to success of assignments and relocations, and more specifically, ROI for assignment activities.</li><li>Responsible for management of employment agreements and secondment documents, answering questions for the documents, and collaboration on related best practices.</li><li>Maintain current knowledge of the market and company trends to support function and anticipate mobility needs as related to ensuring a high quality expatriate experience.</li><li>Analyzes business situations, works with process owner to develop and recommends complex, compliant solutions as appropriate.</li><li>Leads or participates in new site establishment for mobility to support Boeing global growth.</li><li>Support Geographic Work Movement activities for mobility services as assigned.</li><li>Understand and use Finance systems, OBIP, accounting systems, HR, policy and program costs.</li><li>Participates on teams with other SMEs, mobility advisors and specialists, and other process partners.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelors degree plus a significant amount of directly applicable mobility work experience or Masters degree plus directly related work experience</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with demonstrated ability to work with all levels of employees (management and non-management); passion for service excellence</li><li>Excellent spoken and written communication skills</li><li>Significant experience with employee immigration, mobility and relocation policies, procedures, mission and organization</li><li>Broad-based HR knowledge of Boeing HR processes, practices, and tools</li><li>Demonstrated success in driving and managing organizational integration and change management with positive outcomes</li><li>Ability to influence others when dealing with ambiguous situations</li><li>Experienced at project management, process improvement, and change management</li><li>Familiarity with Boeing systems such as HRMS or Workday (or other similar systems), and/or supplier tracking tools and systems, etc.</li><li>Ability to work effectively under time pressure and manage multiple activities concurrently</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Additional Information: </b></p><p>This requisition can be based in eitherTokyo, Japan or Singapore. It is offered as a renewable fixed-term one-year contract in Tokyo, Japan, subject to conversion to an open-ended contract depending on performance and business needs. It is offered as a permanent headcount in Singapore.</p><p>Relocation support, both international and domestic, is not available.</p><p>This requisition is for an international, locally hired position. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not on Boeing US-based payroll.</p>
