Find your future with us.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The job requires appropriate regulatory and/or customer certification and/or licensing with appropriate endorsements, compliant with local country aviation regulatory requirements. Performs and leads simulator and ground school instruction for various types of simulator training on company platforms. Designs and develops aircrew training material to meet company, customer and regulatory requirements. Develops aircrew competence evaluation criteria. Develops and maintains training plans to ensure company, customer and regulatory requirements for skill, knowledge, training and authorizations are maintained to operate on multiple product platforms. Conducts training for customer pilots and ground based simulator flight instructors Mentors trainees as necessary. Assesses trainee progress performance by completing all required reports and records to allow third-party evaluation and audit.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:</b></p> <ul> <li>Develops, delivers and conducts customer training events for combat specific trainees via highly interactive courseware in state of the art electronic classrooms and simulator training devices at company and/or customer facilities.</li> <li>Provides input for developing and modifying engineering data, flight manuals, defining training requirements, standards and curriculum, schedules and related documentation.</li> <li>Pursues continuous process improvement.</li> <li>Serves as training liaison with internal and external customers.</li> <li>Demonstrates extensive knowledge of combat aircraft aircrew operations and training to resolve complex planning, coordination and development of requirements for multiple aircraft blocks, types and models.</li> <li>Oversees all phases of combat aircraft ground training delivery.</li> <li>Evaluates technical design features/changes to the operation of the combat aircraft systems and subsystems to assist the development of the physical/functional fidelity requirements to be incorporated into the applicable flight training devices.</li> <li>Performs and leads simulator and ground school instruction for various types of simulator training on company platforms.</li> <li>Participates and interfaces with operational level combat aircraft customers, customer test aircrews, company test aircrew and company engineering expertise via Technical Interface</li> <li>Meetings; Man-Machine Interface Meetings; Program Management Reviews, Program Design Reviews, and status meetings.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><b>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):</b></p> <ul> <li>This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship</li> <li>Operational Experience as a Pilot or Weapons System Operator in the F-15E/K/S/SG/C, F-16, F/A-18 or F-22</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><br /> <b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):</b></p> <ul> <li>Requires a minimum of 5 years experience as a high performance fighter/attack aircrew with appropriate experience as Wingman, Element Lead, Flight Lead, Instructor Pilot, Weapons System Operator; Flight Examiner, Mission Commander or Pilot in Command</li> <li>Platform instruction experience</li> <li>Mission Planning and employment experience with HARM and/or HARPOON weapons</li> <li>Strong communication skills, and experience with Microsoft Office Products</li> <li>Must be willing to travel for short term assignments.</li> </ul> <p><br /> <b>TYPICAL EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:</b></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><b>This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility, potential telecommute available on a case by case basis.</b></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><b>Referral to this job is eligible for bonus</b></p> <p><b>Bonus amount: US dollars (USD) $4000</b></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Boeingis a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.</p> <p><br /> Boeing is the world's largest aerospace company and leading manufacturer of commercial airplanes and defense, space and security systems.
