Find your future with us.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>BGS is searching for a F-15 QA Maintenance Training Lead (Avionics/Armament/Mechanical) to lead efforts for our continuing growth at Al Udeid AFB in Qatar.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><b>This is a Long-Term Assignment to Qatar- Al Udeid AFB for up to 2 years. Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided. Prior to Expatriating to Qatar you will be in Saint Louis, MO for 6 months overseeing instructors during training.</b></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><b>Position Responsibilities:</b></p> <ul> <li>Oversees the review and evaluation of customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design.</li> <li>Oversees activities the development, delivery and evaluation of technical training.</li> <li>Develops training concepts, techniques, and processes.</li> <li>Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials.</li> <li>Gathers data to support complete proposal development activities.</li> <li>Ensures accuracy and quality of training products.</li> <li>Presents proposals to customer and participates in contract negotiation.</li> <li>Consults with and coaches others regarding final product quality.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><b>Basic Qualifications:</b></p> <ul> <li> <p>This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship</p> </li> <li> <p>Minimum of 10 years' experience with maintenance working on the F-15E or a later aircraft</p> </li> <li> <p>Minimum of 5 years' experience with training courseware development with platform instructions</p> </li> <li> <p>Minimum of 3 years experience with creating and managing project plans, schedules, and baselines</p> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p> <ul> <li>Skills equivalent to the USAF Craftsman (7-level) in a like position/systems.. Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.</li> <li>Minimum of 3 years' experience leading cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><b>Typical Education/ Experience:</b></p> <ul> <li>Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.).</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><b>Ex-Pat Information:</b></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Candidate must be able to obtain a work visa, depending on requirements of the country.Candidate must be able to meet the cultural requirements of the country, as applicable.Employment is contingent on the candidates ability to satisfy all labor and immigration formalities of the country.Because the candidate selected will be expected to go on an international assignment, the offer will be contingent upon the candidates ability to obtain clearances from International Health Services and the receipt of a visa/work permit to the country in which he or she will be assigned. These contingencies also apply to any/all family members who may be relocating with the candidate</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><b>This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility to Saint Louis, MO for training period.
