Find your future with us.</p><p><p><b><b>Position overview:</b></b></p><p><p>Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a <b>Supply Chain Senior Manager (Level-M)</b> with responsibility over the Bombers business in Oklahoma City, Ok. The selected candidate must be open and willing to travel up to 15% of the time.</p><p><p><b>Position Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Acts as an authorized agent of the company with responsibility for managing all supplier-related activities and the authority to commit company resources through contracts and agreements.</li><li>Manages employees and K level managers from multiple Supplier Management and Procurement disciplines performing activities related to the acquisition of goods and services in support of company operations, supplier assessment and performance improvement, management and improvement of supply chain management and processes and supplier diversity.</li><li>Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals and objectives.</li><li>Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and their overall team and they will provide oversight regarding negotiation strategies, processes and related tools.</li><li>Manages, develops and motivates employees and direct level K managers.</li></ul><p><p><b>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</b></p><ul><li><b>This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance post start,for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. </b>(Ability to obtain interim and/or final clearance Post-Start.)</li><li>Bachelors degree or higher.</li><li>More than 5 years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management.<p></li></ul><p><b>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):</b></p><ul><li>Supply Chain / Quality leadership / management experience.</li><li>Systematic and Advanced Problem Solving Skills.</li></ul><p><p><b>Relocation:</b></p><p><p>This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.</p><p><p><b>Drug Free Workplace:</b></p><p><p>Boeingis a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.</p>
