Find your future with us.</p><p><p>The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Supply Chain Commodities & Services organization is seeking an Entry-Level Procurement Agent (Level 1) to help support the procurement of products and services on behalf of the programs located in Oklahoma City, OK.</p><p><p>The successful candidate will engage stakeholders to ensure that program, customer, product and in-service strategies are integrated into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.</p><p><p><b>Position Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Assists with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.</li><li>Supports the sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.</li><li>Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities.</li></ul><p><p>This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. <b><b>US Person includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.</b></b></p><p><p><b>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</b></p><ul><li>Bachelors degree or higher.</li><li>Experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).</li></ul><p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):</b></p><ul><li>Experience with various contract types for example: Time & Materials, Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus type Government contracts, etc.</li><li>Experience in Supplier Management/ Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer.</li><li>Experience leading supplier contract negotiations.</li><li>Experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management.</li></ul><p><p><b><b>Typical Education/Experience:</b></b></p><p>Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).</p><p><p><b><b>Relocation:</b></b></p><p>Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
