This role can be based in <b>Bellevue, Washington; Kent, Washington; or St. Louis, Missouri </b>based on candidate preference. The Network Controls Team is responsible for lifecycle product management for enterprise wide services including forward and reverse web proxies, cloud access security broker, firewalls, and web service/xml gateways. The Network Controls team is also the primary Enterprise Information Security interface to IT initiatives outside the domestic US, including functional leadership to Information Security regional leads in IT International. The team also has purview over multiple Information Security processes and approval boards.</p><p><p>A successful candidate will have awareness of and willingness to learn standardized information security processes, strong communication and collaboration skills, highly motivated, proactive learner and obtain skills to analyze endpoint, network and application logs. This position will interact with customers, computing architects and other IT organizations and suppliers.</p><p><br /><b>Position Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Develop secure network designs</li><li>Design and Integrate enterprise security network and internet technical controls for multiple products or projects for the IT security perimeter, internal network boundaries and off network systems</li><li>Perform threat modeling of network designs to analyze designs for business impact and risk</li><li>Assist in the development or definition of security product architectures, specifications and intrusion or data loss techniques</li><li>Participate on design review boards, develop, implement and manage secure network design compliance and governance activities</li><li>Define scope and standards for network security monitoring and monitors network and host-based systems</li><li>Gather and interpret IT security requirements from business partners, computing architects, delivery systems analysts, developers and suppliers</li><li>Present all architecture and design packages documents to appropriate security approval boards</li><li>Maintain data flow drawings and network security architecture drawings</li><li>Activate and assist incident response</li><li>Member of Product Management High Performance Work Team for proxy services</li><li>Work with IT International to ensure network designs are policy compliant and appropriately secure</li></ul><p><p><b>This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R.120.15 is required. US Person includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylum.</b></p><p><p><b>BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</b></p><ul><li>3+ years of cyber security experience</li><li>3+ years of experience implementing and evaluating network security architectures</li></ul><p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):</b></p><ul><li>Information Security experience</li><li>Threat modeling experience</li><li>Technical and/or security certifications</li><li>Experience with security best practices, threats, and mitigating techniques</li><li>Strong analytical and integration skills</li><li>Experience with securing and auditing cloud network security objects (vNET, VPC) scripting languages Python, REST API, JavaScript</li><li>Experience with security best practices relating to Cloud and Virtualization for Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS)</li></ul><p><p><b>Typical Education & Experience: </b><br />Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.).</p><p><p><b>Relocation:</b></p><p>This position does not offer relocation.
