This is an exciting opportunity to work with the broader Integrated Planning & Scheduling team who support a range of complex programs based across our national business. </p><p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Create, Develop and maintain complex integrated project plans and detailed schedules to meet program and/or project requirements.</p></li><li><p>Gain schedule status updates from CAMs, create reporting metrics and actively manage baseline change activities across the lifecycle of a program.</p></li><li><p>Analyse and report on project performance variances and incorporate recovery plans.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Experience/Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong negotiation, communication and organizational skills,</p></li><li><p>Extensive experience in Project Scheduling/Earned Value/Performance Management Systems in a commercial environment,</p></li><li><p>Thorough understanding of critical path analysis</p></li><li><p>Ability to tailor information and data for presentation to various stakeholders and levels of management</p></li><li><p>Prior experience with Open Plan Professional (OPP), Cobra and the Defence Industry will be advantageous but not critical, and</p></li><li><p>Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements, and gain a defence security clearance.</p></li></ul><p><p><strong>Culture</strong></p><p>We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
