Find your future with us.</p><p><p><b>SUMMARY:</b></p><p>Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Incident Response Specialist to be part of the Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) Program Defense Cyber Operations (DCO) team at the Missile Defense Integration and Operations Center (MDIOC) located at Schriever AFB, CO. This team provides 24/7/365 network monitoring and defense for the GMD Element of the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS).</p><p><p><b>POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><p>- Uses Security Event Information Management (SEIM) to monitoring and detect intrusions.</p><p>- Performs incident response activities across broad technology profiles or multiple systems.</p><p>- Responds to security relevant events and reports to higher echelons.</p><p>- Interrogates industry and government sources and evaluates incident indicators.</p><p>- Investigates events/incidents to determine nature, mechanisms, scope and location.</p><p>- Collects and preserves evidence, identifies intrusion or incident path and method.</p><p>- Performs event correlation and malware analysis.</p><p>- Support the development and test of TTPs to isolate, block or remove threats.</p><p>- Drafts incident reports and makes recommendations for future process enhancements.</p><p><p><b>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b></p><p><b>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):</b></p><p>- Previous network monitoring, security monitoring, or system auditing experience</p><p>- Minimum 3 years Incident Response & Reporting experience</p><p>- Experience using SEIM, SNORT, SPLUNK, or OSSEC technologies</p><p>- Must be willing to work rotating shifts if required</p><p>- Active US Secret Clearance prior to start</p><p>- Must currently hold a DOD 8570 level 2 technical certification</p><p><p><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): </b></p><p>- Understanding of Wide Area Network (WAN) Topology and Local Area Network (LAN) security technologies and topologies</p><p>- Prior experience with Network Operation Center, Security Operations Center, or Defensive Cyber Operations functions</p><p><p><b>Are we offering relocation?
