Find your future with us.</p><p><p>Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Associate-Level Technical Illustratorto support our business in Fort Walton Beach, FL.</p><p><p>These positions will work on a team of approximately11 illustrators in an office settingworking on various government programs and military aircraft platforms. Position has the possibility of working a flexible schedule; in office/virtually.</p><p><p><b>POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: </b></p><p>- Creates basic isometric, orthographic, axonometric, and perspective illustrations, wiring diagrams, and schematics for technical data products.</p><p>- Gathers engineering data to support creation of technical data products. Integrates text and illustrations. Interfaces with customers for basic clarification of input.</p><p>- Researches existing illustrations/graphics to create or revise technical illustration products.</p><p>- Adds metadata information to files to enable efficient retrieval of stored illustrations. Applies regulatory or organizational standards and specifications to produce illustrations for technical publications.</p><p>- Participates on internal departmental teams to develop or revise existing standards, processes and procedures.</p><p>- Ensures company products continue to meet applicable internal and/or industry standards.</p><p>- Provides input on processes and procedures required for development of technical illustrations.</p><p>- Participates in the investigation of emerging technologies and contributes to the development of new illustration tools, techniques and processes.</p><p>- Participates in the assembly of technical data products for final delivery.</p><p><p><b>The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. US Person includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee</b></p><p><p><b>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): </b></p><p>- Experience with Unigraphics NX or3D CAD software</p><p>- Experience Isodraw or 2D Raster and Vector software</p><p><p><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): </b></p><p>- Experience working with Teamcenter Engineering Database orTeamcenter Integrated Product Data Management System (IPDM)</p><p>- F/A-18 or F-15 Platform experience</p><p><p><p><b>TYPICAL EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:</b>Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor, 3 years' related work experience, etc.).</p><p><p><b>RELOCATION:</b> This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation.
