Find your future with us.</p><p><p><b>The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS)</b> organization is seeking an <b>Experienced Supply Chain Specialist</b> (Level 3) to join the Supply Chain team in support of the <b>Executive Transport Services & Support (ETS&S) and Airborne Surveillance, Command and Control (ASC2) Programs</b>. This position is located in <b>Oklahoma City, OK</b>.</p><p><p><b>Position Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Forecasts post-production supply chain support demand and maintains accurate inventory control of assets.</li><li>Responds to post production customer supply inquiries and coordinates delivery problem resolution</li><li>Responds and administers requests for quotes.</li><li>Performs inventory management and processes customer requests.</li><li>Investigates feasibility of repair/overhaul and reviews.</li><li>Identifies alternatives to resolve obsolescence issues.</li><li>Assists in the collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities and capacity.</li><li>Travel Requirement: up to 10% of the time.</li></ul><p><p><b>The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. US Person includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee</b></p><p><p><b>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) </b></p><ul><li>5+ years of Supply Chain experience.</li><li>3+ years of experience in Supplier Management or Supply Chain Management.</li><li>3+ years of experience in Procurement systems and processes.</li></ul><p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) </b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or other related field.</li><li>Experience in large aircraft modifications.</li><li>Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems including the Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) and inventory control functions.</li><li>Experience in any of the following structured material release/inventory systems: Government On Line Database (GOLD), MRP Material release and Planning system, or System Applications & Products (SAP).</li></ul><p><p><b>Typical Education/Experience</b></p><p>Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).</p><p><p><b>Relocation</b></p><p>This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation.
