Walton Beach, FL. We are looking for a motivated individual that can demonstrate:</p><ul><li>Accountability and Responsibility</li><li>Adaptability</li><li>Continuous Improvement</li><li>Continuous Learning</li><li>Innovation / Creativity</li><li>Planning and organizing</li><li>Strategic Decision Making</li><li>Systems Thinking</li><li>Teamwork</li></ul><p><p><b>Position Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</b></p><ul><li>Plans, organizes and conducts audits/assessments of supplier's systems, processes, and products</li><li>Documents and reports audit/assessment results</li><li>Performs product verification to assess compliance to applicable requirements</li><li>Assesses capability and capacity of suppliers to perform current or potential future work</li><li>Investigates and resolves concerns to ensure compliance with requirements</li><li>Provides education and coaching on quality systems, regulatory compliance issues and company initiatives to develop and improve supplier performance and productivity</li><li>Performs data analysis to determine engagement strategy at suppliers</li><li>Reports status of supplier performance</li><li>Ability to plan, prioritize and manage daily assignments</li><li>Participates in Program and Production Readiness Reviews at suppliers</li><li>Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills</li><li>Minimal travel will be required outside Ft. Walton Beach area </li></ul><p><p><b>This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. US Person includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.</b></p><p><p><b>This position is based in the </b><b>Ft. Walton Beach area</b><b>and does not offer relocation. Applicants must reside in the area or be willing to relocate at their own expense.</b></p><p><br /><b>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</b></p><ul><li>Minimum 3-5 years working in Quality or Supplier Quality including experience with EN/AS9100 Quality Management System, Root Cause Corrective Action, AS9102 First Article Inspection, Manufacturing Planning, and Purchase Contract Review</li><li>Minimum 3-5 years experience performing data analysis using excel</li><li>Minimum 3-5 years experience reading blueprints, using GD&T, and hands-on inspection of product</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel and Power Point</li><li>Must possess a valid Driver's License and own a vehicle</li></ul><p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):</b></p><ul><li>1+ year of experience using Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) Tools</li><li>3+ years experience in the Aerospace Industry</li><li>6+ years MRB experience</li><li>6+ years Supplier Quality or related experience</li></ul><p><p><b>Typical Education/Experience:</b></p><ul><li>Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
