Find your future with us.</p><p></p><p>Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an experienced Quality Production Specialist to support our business atAli Al Salem Air Base Kuwait.</p><p><p>This is a Long-Term Assignment to AliAl Salem Air Base Kuwaitfor up to 2 years.Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided.</p><p><p><b>POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><p><b>- </b>Reviews and validates product non-conformances and disposition type, quality procedures and engineering requirements.</p><p>- Performs analysis to identify and evaluate the quality of products, operations and processes to Quality Management System requirements, applicable company procedures, contract requirements or government regulations.</p><p>- Applies knowledge of aerospace design, systems and integration to perform failure and forensic analysis of aerospace components and systems.</p><p>- Trains and mentors fellow employees in the Quality Management System.</p><p>- Performs root cause analysis on the nonconformance to identify the cause and prevent reoccurrence. Independently develops, modifies and documents actions to assure problem resolution or to implement corrective/preventive action and documents resolution.</p><p>- Obtains corrective action on nonconforming plans and hardware/processes.</p><p>- Negotiates concurrence, obtains commitments for taking preventive and corrective action, prioritizes quality activities and ensures problem resolution.</p><p>- Reviews and validates the corrective action plans and identifies effectivity to ensure completion.</p><p>- Reviews and approves Quality planning changes or disposition of nonconformance hardware products/processes.</p><p>- Guides validation of configuration management, quality procedures and material review policies to deliver the software products.</p><p>- Develops software system processes to support changing industry standards.</p><p>- Reviews and implements corrective action on audit results to ensure media is stored and handled per engineering defined requirements.</p><p>- Interprets industry standards and provide recommendations for implementation.</p><p>- Creates analytical reports and coordinates with the responsible parties for internal/external distribution.</p><p>- Works under general direction..</p><p><p><b>This position requires an active SecretU.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)</b></p><p><p><b>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): </b></p><p>- Aircraft maintenance or modification experience</p><p>- Experience with Quality Systems</p><p>-Capable of traveling domestically and internationally</p><p>- Candidate must be able to obtain a work visa, depending on requirements of the country.</p><p>-Candidate must be able to meet the cultural requirements of the country, as applicable.</p><p>-Employment is contingent on the candidates ability to satisfy all labor and immigration formalities of the country.</p><p>-Because the candidate selected will be expected to go on an international assignment, the offer will be contingent upon the candidates ability to obtain clearances from International Health Services and the receipt of a visa/work permit to the country in which he or she will be assigned. These contingencies also apply to any/all family members who may be relocating with the candidate.</p><p></p><p><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): </b></p><p>- Minimum 3 years F-18 experience with U.S. Navy maintenance programs</p><p>- Depot level modification experience</p><p><p><b>ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:</b> This position is contingent upon the Joint Helmet Contract Award.
