<p>Boeing Defence Australia is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Planning and Scheduling Specialist to be located in Brisbane. BDA is dedicated to providing a diverse and flexible work environment so that we can recruit and retain the best talent.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities will include:</strong></p><ul><li>Create, develop and maintain complex integrated project plans and detailed schedules to meet program and/or project requirements.</li><li>Gain schedule status updates from CAMs, create reporting metrics and actively manage baseline change activities across the lifecycle of a program.</li><li>Analyse and report on project performance variances and incorporate recovery plans.</li></ul><p><strong>To be successful you will have:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong negotiation, communication and organizational skills,</li><li>Extensive experience in Project Scheduling/Earned Value/Performance Management Systems in a commercial environment,</li><li>Thorough understanding of critical path analysis</li><li>Ability to tailor information and data for presentation to various stakeholders and levels of management</li><li>Prior experience with Open Plan Professional (OPP), Cobra and the Defence Industry will be advantageous but not critical, and</li><li>Must be an Australian citizen to be able to gain defence security clearance.</li></ul><p></p><p>We are also committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
