Find your future with us.</p><p><p><b><b>Position Overview:</b></b></p><p><p>The <b><b>Boeing Defense, Space & Security</b></b> (BDS) organization is seeking <b><b>Production Ops Spec Entry Level </b></b>to join the team in one of the locations at <b><b>USA - Huntsville, AL.</b></b></p><p><p><b><b>Primary Responsibilities:</b></b></p><ul><li>Implements routine manufacturing processes and assists with the development of new or revised processes.</li><li>Guides routine production activities and resolves problems of limited scope.</li><li>Reviews and approves standard technical documents.</li><li>Guides others in complying with manpower requirements.</li><li>Collects and interprets data.</li><li>Assists in translating data into actionable plan.</li><li>Reviews and validates corrective action plans.</li></ul><p><p><b><b>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):</b></b></p><ul><li><b><b>This position requires the ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance post start, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. </b></b></li><li>Bachelors degree in a business or technical field.<br /></li></ul><p><b><b>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):</b></b></p><ul><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Project.</li><li>Experience in a Manufacturing Operations environment.</li></ul><p><p><b><b>Typical Education & Experience: </b></b></p><p><p>Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).</p><p><p><b><b>Relocation: </b></b></p><p><p>This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation.</p><p><p><b><b>Drug Free Workplace:</b></b></p><p><p>Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.</p><p><p>At Boeing, diversity, equity, and inclusion are enduring company values.
