Join us, and you can build something better for yourself, for our customers and for the world.</p><p><p><b>Position Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Provide support to the mission planning and mission execution processes which may include modeling the strategic deployment process down to individual entity level, moves reflecting mobilization, deployment and Reception, Staging, Onward movement and Integration (RSO&I).</li><li>Assist in determining the physical layout, networking and simulation architecture in support of individual exercises and support events.</li><li>Capable of assisting in the design of simulations supported training events, data base design, data base build and the stimulation of logistics, sustainment, transportation and medical C4I processes.</li><li>Understanding of operational force structure, simulation training design, exercise objectives and being able to understand an operational plan and implications of staff planning.</li><li>Be able to translate these variables into a viable JDLM scenario, assist and or build data bases and ensure C4I processes are stimulated and operate as they would on the battlefield.</li><li>Operate, trouble shoot, set up, take down, establish connectivity associated with operating the JDLM model in a standalone or federated mode.</li><li>Travel both CONUS and OCONUS may be required to attend and/or support planning conferences, design meetings, and exercise execution.</li></ul><p><p><b>Security Clearance</b></p><p><b>This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)</b></p><p><p><b><b>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</b></b></p><ul><li>1+ years of experience in Modeling and Simulation and technology infrastructure</li><li>3+ years of experience working closely with US Military customers in an operational and training environment</li></ul><p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): </b></p><ul><li>1+ years of experience with collection, planning, concept of operations (CONOPS) development, and executing operational scenarios</li><li>Understanding of Command and Control (C2) functioning</li><li>1+ years of experience in Department of Defense logistics</li><li>1+ years of experience with Operational military and/or prior direct exposure to military customers</li></ul><p><p><b><b>Typical Education/ Experience:</b></b></p><ul><li>This position requires a minimum four year degree and two years relevant experience or a two year degree with four years relevant experience or a minimum of seven years experience with no formal degree</li></ul><p><p><b><b>Relocation:</b></b></p><ul><li>This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation.Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.</li></ul><p><p><b><b>Drug Free Workplace:</b></b></p><p>Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. </p><p><p><p>All information provided will be checked and may be verified.</p><p>Please apply ASAP for this role as recruitment may commence before the end date.</p><p>
