Find your future with us.</p><p><p>We are currently looking for an <b>F-22 Training Device Technician</b> located at our <b>Hickman AFB, HI</b> facility.</p><p><p><b>Position Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Repairs, tests, installs, configures, upgrades and assists in the modification of simulators and training components, devices, hardware and software.</li><li>Coordinates and consults with vendors and/or customers to determine the level of maintenance or repair to be performed on training device and/or components.</li><li>Performs detailed inspections for pre-operations, post-operations and component handling.</li><li>Inspects components and or LRU's to verify status prior to installation.</li><li>Consults with engineers in troubleshooting systems and support equipment.</li><li>Troubleshoot to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components.</li><li>Works minimal supervision<p></li></ul><p><b>Minimum Education:</b></p><ul><li>Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+4 years' related work experience, 8 years' related work experience, etc.). Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.</li></ul><p><p><b>Required Skills:</b></p><ul><li>8+ years of experience with Electronics trouble shooting, repair and schematics.</li><li>8+ years of experience with Computer software loading, trouble shooting and repair.</li></ul><p><p><b>Desired Skills:</b></p><ul><li>Comp-TIA certifications (Network +, A+ or Security+), Linux and or Red Hat.</li></ul><p><p><b>This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)</b></p><p><p><b>T<b>his position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.</b></b></p><p><p><b>The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required.
