Find your future with us.</p><p><p>Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced System Administratorto support our business in Chantilly, VA. With the top priority to ensure the availability of our customers systems in Chantilly, VA.</p><p><p><b>POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: </b></p><p>-Installation and maintenance of servers, workstations, laptops and peripherals.</p><p>- Install, update and patch Windows environments.</p><p>- Utilize knowledge of active directory and group policies to assign users and components to the system.</p><p>- Apply security requirements to systems, and evaluated new solutions prior to their deployment to production environments.</p><p>- Analyze and troubleshoot system incidents to determine the root cause.</p><p>- Be familiar with virtual environments, including backups, patching and security implementation.</p><p>- Utilize configuration management and change management tools to define system component history and relationships.</p><p><p><b><b>This position requires an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) U.S. Security Clearance with a Counterintelligence Polygraph. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)</b></b></p><p><p><b>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): </b></p><p>- Minimum 4 years System Administrator experience</p><p>- Security + or higher certification</p><p><p><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): </b></p><p>- Experience with Network Switches or Routers</p><p><p><b>TYPICAL EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:</b>Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.).</p><p><p><b><b>RELOCATION:</b></b> This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation.
