The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting internal and external customers and stakeholders of Boeing Leasing hosted products, which makes up a part of the Boeing Digital Aviation and Analytics portfolio.</p><p>The role of Systems Administrator includes performing computing delivery system integration, hardware and software installation and deployment, configuration and maintenance of servers and workstations to provide a highly available and secure hosted product portfolio.</p><p><p><p><b>Responsibilities include:</b></p><ul><li><p>Provides high quality and timely support for2nd line technical support cases and problem resolution for application delivery systems, in line with contractual SLAs.</p></li><li><p>Provides valuable technical input andsupport for the design, validation, deployment and configuration management of computing delivery systems and software.</p></li><li><p>Administers users system access and works to protect information to meet security and compliance requirements.</p></li><li><p>Monitors key system performance metrics and security logging to support capacity planning, backup and disaster recovery planning to ensure high systems and applications availability.</p></li><li><p>Provides periodic out-of-hours and weekend support for scheduled maintenance and software release activities.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Provides periodic out-of-hours and weekend support for major incident response on a stand-by basis.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education</b><b>:</b></p><ul><li><p>Minimum Bachelor Degree</p></li><li><p>Ability to communicate effectively and clearly (spoken and written) in English is a must.</p></li><li><p>Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS)</p></li><li><p>Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)</p></li><li><p>Windows Server 2016/2019</p></li><li><p>Office365</p></li><li><p>VMWare VCP6-DCV</p></li><li><p>Citrix Certified Professionalor Expert Networking</p></li><li><p>Linux - Foundation Certified System Administrator (LFCS)</p></li><li><p>Linux - Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)</p></li><li><p>Azure Level 1 Fundamentals</p></li><li><p>Azure Level 2 Infrastructure</p></li><li><p>Azure Level 3 Hybrid Infrastructure</p></li></ul><p><b>Essential knowledge and experience for this role:</b></p><ul><li><p>3 years General IT system administration experience in a customer SaaS environment including most of the following:</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Azure fundamentals and administrator</p></li><li><p>MS Windows Server2016/2019</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>MS SQL</p></li><li><p>VMWare (preferably VM certified)</p></li><li><p>IIS</p></li><li><p>Citrix</p></li><li><p>Active Directory domains, DNS/DHCP</p></li><li><p>DevOps mentality and experience</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Completely understands and applies job practices, techniques, standards, principles, theories, and concepts. Possesses general knowledge or understanding of other related IT disciplines.</p></li><li><p>Ability to interact effectively with inter-organizational personnel, external customers, and 3rd party suppliers. Represents the organization by providing clear solutions to difficult technical issues or specific technical requirements.</p></li><li><p>Contributes to the completion of specific programs and projects. Pay will be determined at the local level.
