Find your future with us.</p><p><p>Boeing Security & Fire Protection (S&FP) is currently seeking a <b>Senior Industrial Security Specialist </b>to join their team in Fairfax, VA.</p><p><p>The Industrial Security Specialist (ISS) willsupport security activitiesfor programs in Fairfax, Virginia including National Industrial Security Program (NISP), Special Access Program (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) activities. The ISS is responsible for executing Internal Security Controls through performance of compliance assessment reviews and self-inspections to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements. Identifies deficiencies and recommends corrective action. Leads and assists with Government Security Investigations (e.g., collects and analyzes data, writes reports and interviews) on personnel, processes and situations to determine level and scope of non-compliance with government and company regulations/requirements.</p><p><p><b>Position Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Support classified meetings to include logistics, visits, Business Partner/Program liaison and level setting.</li><li>Support classified document control for incoming and outgoing classified material and courier briefings, and other duties as needed (JPAS, Fingerprints, metrics, briefings, etc.).</li><li>Perform duties and responsibilities as the Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) as well as the Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) including the oversight of the construction of program areas and the execution of all other day to day security operations.</li><li>Successful completion of Boeing Internal Training Programs for CPSO and CSSO will be required.</li><li>Administer the Security Awareness Training & Education (SATE) Program for collateral and special access programs to ensure security awareness efforts are in place and SATE is appropriately tracked each month.</li><li>Develop and conduct security awareness training and education program to educate, refresh, and motivate personnel to protect people, property and information.</li><li>Interface with and advise government customers, Boeing senior management and executive staff.</li><li>Support enterprise level activities, leading and supporting teams that create security relevant products for use by all of Boeing Security & Fire Protection.</li></ul><p><p><b>This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. US Person includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. </b></p><p><p><b>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</b></p><ul><li>This position requires an active Top Secret/SCI U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.</li><li>Successfully completed a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by the federal government within the last 5 years</li><li>5+ years of experience in Industrial Security</li><li>4+ years of experience with one of the following domains: NISP, SAP and/or SCI</li><li>3+ years of experience working in government industry and/or in DoD, NSA or SCI COMSEC account management</li><li>Experience in a role requiring strategic planning (project/program management)</li></ul><p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or higher</li></ul><p><p><b>Typical Education/Experience:</b></p><p><p>Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).</p><p><p><b>Relocation:</b></p><p><p>Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
