Find your future with us.</p><p><p>Boeing Talent Acquisition is currently looking a Test Engineer to join their team in <b><b>Huntsville, AL</b></b>. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Ground-Based Mid-Course Defense Development and Sustainment Contract.</p><p><p>A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration as these positions will focus on working directly with Senior Engineers to refurbishment and test the Ground-based Interceptor Silo while meeting our MDA Customer commitments.</p><p><br /><b>Position Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Team member of silo refurbishment test planning and execution requiring some travel to Vandenburg Air Force Base</li><li>Develops and maintain refurbishment Detailed Action Plan status, ground rules, watch items and issues</li><li>Manage weekly teleconferences and tag-ups with both internal and external customers</li><li>Assist Team Lead in Data Acquisition System Integration and checkout</li><li>Develop and maintain operator procedures for Data Acquisition System</li><li>Develops and maintains relationships with customers, peers, and program leadership</li><li>Exercises critical thinking and innovative problem solving</li><li>Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals</li><li>Demonstrates the Boeing Safety Behaviors while working in the field</li></ul><p><p><b><b>Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.</b></b></p><p><p><b>BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</b></p><ul><li>2+ years of experience in a dedicated engineering function</li><li>Experience in developing test plans/procedures and test execution</li><li>Follow Boeing Safety Behaviors while working in the field</li></ul><p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):</b></p><ul><li>Ability to function in a team environment</li><li>Ability to travel up to 10%</li></ul><p><p><b><b>Typical Education & Experience: </b></b><br />Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2+ or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</p><p><p><b>Relocation:</b></p><p>This position does not offer relocation.
