Find your future with us.</p><p><p>Boeing Global Services (BGS)is currently seeking an ExperiencedCustomer Training Specialist to join our team. </p><p><p><p><b>Position Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>They will be responsible for program technical training, customer operational support, and general liaison functions. </li><li>SupportF/A-18advanced avionics systems </li><li>This position is unique due to the fact that the Customer Training Specialist will be working closely with the end users of Boeing products, and the direct support they provide is key to maintaining Boeings reputation in the eyes of our customers. </li><li>Conducts analyses to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design. Develops, conducts and evaluates effectiveness of technical training.</li><li>Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials.</li><li>Gathers data to support complete proposal development activities.</li><li>Work closely with engineering and documentation representatives to create training documentation</li><li>Support fielded operations with training and other mission needs</li><li>Deliver Boeing training products and provide input to improve training products</li><li>Train and troubleshoot mission planning systems</li></ul><p><p><b>This position requiresan ACTIVE CURRENTU.S Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. (PRE-START)</b></p><p><p><b>Basic Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years experience working with US military customers</li><li>Minimum 5 years experience in advanced avionics systems</li></ul><p><p><b>Preferred Qualification:</b></p><ul><li>Previous experience in developing training courseware for military</li></ul><p><p><b>Relocation:</b></p>Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
