<p>Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an <b>Associate Technical Publications Project Management Specialist</b>to support our C-17 Programbusiness in <b>Warner Robins, GA</b>.</p><p><p><b>Position Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Directs and monitors technical data development from the program level ensuring quality technical data is developed and delivered on schedule, within budget and in accordance with contract requirements</li><li>Develops processes and coordinates activities to ensure technical manual data/procedures are documented and current</li><li>Develops integrated master schedules and develops reports</li><li>Identifies requirements, develops statements of work and other contractual documents and ensures contracts reflect project requirements</li><li>Receives, coordinates and estimates impact of change requests</li><li>Conducts presentations and status reviews</li><li>Pursues new business opportunities</li></ul><p><p><b>The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. US Person includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.</b></p><p><p><b><b>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</b></b></p><ul><li>2 years' experience in reviewing engineering documentation including drawings, models, specifications and standards</li><li>2 years' experience with USAF (United States Air Force) T.O.s (Technical Orders)</li><li>Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite</li></ul><p><p><b><b>Preferred Experience (Desired Skills/Experience):</b></b></p><ul><li>Bachelors Degree</li><li>C-17 experience</li><li>Earned Value Management</li></ul><p><p><b>Typical Education / Experience: </b></p><p>Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.).</p><p><p><b>Relocation: </b></p><p>This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation.
