About this role
<p><b>Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS)</b> is looking for an <b>Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead</b> for a major Boeing platform in <b>Huntsville, AL</b>.As an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leader, youwill direct amultifunctional core team for the fabrication, assembly and test of components.</p><p><p><b>Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: </b></p><ul><li>Assist with activities across multiple functions to resolve emergent issues in support of specific operations.</li><li>Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.</li><li>Provides limited feedback on assessment results.</li><li>Support the organization to implement strategies and plans.</li><li>Coordinates /negotiates material lead times for the start of tasks</li><li>Works under general supervision.</li></ul><p><p><b>Security Clearance:</b></p><p><b>This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship</b>.(An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.)</p><p><p><b>Basic Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>High School Diploma/GED</li><li>1 year or more Working knowledge of MESci Manufacturing Systems</li></ul><p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent</li><li>Working Knowledge of Compass Contracts MRP System</li><li>1 year or more experience leading cross-functional teams.</li></ul><p><p><b>Typical Education/Experience:</b></p><p>Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.).</p><p><p><b>Relocation</b>:</p><p>Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
