<p>Boeing GlobalServicesis looking for an<b> Senior MH-139 Pilot Training Specialist</b>to expand the team in <b>Ridley Park, PA</b>.</p><p><p><b>Position Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Develops technical proposals for high performance aircrew training</li><li>Monitors training project budgets and schedules</li><li>Determines customer requirements and develops training courses and materials to satisfy requirements</li><li>Teaches developed courses using a variety of media and training devices</li><li>Assesses participant learning and adjusts presentation to ensure successful understanding by all students</li><li>Mentors and coordinates work assignments for other instructors/team members</li><li>Works under consultative direction</li></ul><p><p><b>This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.</b></p><p><p><b><b><b>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</b></b></b></p><ul><li>4years experience with military aircrew training pertaining to the UH1N or the Mi17</li><li>6years' of experience managing project schedules and budgets</li><li>3+ years' experience working with U.S. Government customers</li><li>3+ years' developing and delivering training materials </li></ul><p><p><b><b><b>Preferred Experience (Desired Skills/Experience):</b></b></b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree</li></ul><p><p><b>Typical Education/Experience:</b></p><p>Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.).</p><p><p><b>Relocation:</b></p><p>This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation.
