Tapestry Solutions a Boeing Company is seeking a Simulations Analyst (Customer Training Specialist ). This is a US Expat assignment in Hohenfels Germany with US home base of Saint Louis, MO. This is a great international opportunity to work with Joint Forces supporting military simulation exercises.As a Simulation Analyst you will execute the design, planning, preparation, execution, and recovery of training events from the company through the Combined Joint Task Force level using both current US Army and NATO Doctrine. Analyzes and designs simulation supported military exercises. <p><p>The Simulation Analyst provides technical expertise for the set-up, configuration, operation, and troubleshooting of U.S. military command and control related clients and software tools. Individual shall be the technical expert on the simulation-stimulation of the systems to include the employment of simulations and/or gaming systems that stimulate command and control systems. Candidate should be familiar with Virtual Battle Space (VBS 3), Joint Conflict and Tactical Simulations (JCATS), MUSE, VRSG, NVIG and the Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC) otherwise known as Warfighters Simulation (WARSIM).</p><p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Conducts analyses to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design</li><li>Develops, conducts and evaluates effectiveness of technical training</li><li>Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials</li><li>Gathers data to support complete proposal development activities</li><li>Analyzes unit training requirements and designs computer simulation exercises to accomplish training.</li><li>Analyzes and develops graphical products utilizing Army Battle Command Systems; Analyzes unit performance during computer simulation exercises; Prepares exercise scenarios, war plans, and orders to support exercises. </li><li>Tests and evaluates computer simulation databases and ensures that simulations are accurately portraying military operations;.</li><li>Perform and provide military exercise analytical support; Design Exercise Support Plans and Exercise Support Manning Documents; Analyze, develop and synchronize story lines and Joint Master Scenario Event List; Provide functional expertise to simulation data base builds</li><li>Operate command and control and simulation systems; Analyze and develop after action review materials; Analyze military mission requirements in the context of developing computerized simulation exercises and training events.</li><li>Provide subject matter expertise on the U.S. military exercise system; Test stations and system configuration as part of the exercise preparation phase; Perform IT quality assurance of systems and provide feedback to system network administrators.</li></ul><p><p><p><b>Basic Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Active Secret U.S. SecurityClearance.
