The roles can be based in Brisbane or Adelaide.</p><p>Boeing is seeking several <strong>AEW&C Subject Matter Experts (SME)</strong>. Demonstrated experience and potential in the development of technical publications within a Boeing 737 system specialty (mechanical /airframe /avionics).</p><ul><li><p>SME - AC Systems</p></li><li><p>SME - Structures</p></li><li><p>SME - Avionics</p></li></ul><p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Development and review of critical and routine technical publication revision tasks for AEW&C customers</li><li><p>Communicatie clear instructions for incorporation of technical publication tasks to ensure cost, schedule and quality targets are met</p></li><li><p>Work closely with AEW&C Coordinators and Execution Leads to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks to achieve project revision deliveries</p></li></ul><p><p><strong>Experience/Qualifications</strong></p><li>Certificate IV in Aeroskills - (Mechanical, Avionics, Structural)</li><li>Experience in maintenance on Boeing 737 aircraft would be highly regarded</li><li>Ability to evaluate technical source data and specifications</li><li>Experience in authoring technical publications</li><li>Ability to communicate with technical personnel from multiple skill areas and functions to evaluate technical information and issues impacting design, production, and support of products, services, or other deliverables</li><li>Ability to analyse problems (troubleshooting, fault isolation, repair, modification, or redesign) of assigned end items to support the design, development and modification of company products using knowledge of engineering disciplines</li><li>Technical knowledge of military systems</li><li>Applicants must be Australian citizens to meet defence security requirements, and be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) Defence Security Clearance</li></ul><p><p><strong>Culture</strong></p><p>At Boeing, we innovate and collaborate to make the world a better place.
