<p>Boeing Germany is looking for a Mid-Level Customer Support Specialist Aviation (m/f/d) based in Cologne.</p><p><p>Presents and communicates specific aspects of products and services to airline customers and other constituencies. Conducts the research to develop product and service presentations. Creates generic product and service presentations. Compiles, interprets and generates reports on Boeing competitors products and services to support business decisions, sales strategies and training. Communicates external customer requirements to provide guidance in the development of new or improved products, services and features. Provides input on technical attributes of Boeing products and services. Participates in individual campaign activity.</p><p><p><b>Position Responsibilities: </b></p><ul><li><p>Communication with Enterprise Customers and Key Stakeholders within and outside The Boeing Company</p></li><li><p>Communication of customer feedback towards internal development unit and therefore contribution in prioritization of development items</p></li><li><p>Support of Sales and Marketing activities of any kind</p></li><li><p>Creation of Sales and Marketing documents</p></li><li><p>Customer support activities e.g. product demos, school onboarding, customer request support and event organization</p></li><li><p>Presentation towards internal and external stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Contribution to the Sales and Marketing portfolio within The Boeing Company</p></li><li><p>Contribution in acquiring new customers and target groups, such as flight schools, authorities, flight training academies, aircraft maintenance organizations</p></li></ul><p><p><b>Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.</b></p><p><p><b>Required Skills:</b></p><ul><li><p>Completed theoretical pilot training (either private pilot license (EASA or FAA), commercial pilot license (EASA or FAA) or airline transport pilot license (EASA or FAA)</p></li><li><p>Experience in a customer support or customer management role</p></li><li><p>Fluent German in spoken and written</p></li></ul><p><p><b>Desired/Optional Skills:</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience in working with Agile Development</p></li><li><p>Further aviation related licenses (Maintenance technician, flight instructor, flight dispatcher or others)</p></li><li><p>Experience with Boeings Early Career products (platform/ content) as a student or flight instructor</p></li><li><p>Previous work experience with Flight Schools</p></li><li><p>Fluent English in spoken and written</p></li></ul><p><p><b><b>Important information regarding this requisition:</b></b> This requisition is for a locally hired position in Germany.
