<p><strong>General Manager</strong></p> <p>Air Navigation Solutions Limited (ANSL) is at the forefront of Air Traffic Management.</p> <p>ANSL currently provides air traffic control and air traffic engineering services in, what we believe to be some of the most challenging air traffic environments, London Gatwick, one of the world’s busiest single runway airports and at Scotland’s busiest and fastest growing airport, Edinburgh. We also believe that we employ some of the very best and most capable people in the industry and together we have ambitious plans to develop a Company that represents the future delivery of Air Navigation Services.</p> <p>ANSL are now recruiting for a General Manager to join our team at Gatwick. The successful candidate will:</p> <ul> <li>be responsible for providing leadership to the operational team of air traffic controllers and air traffic assistants at Gatwick.</li> <li>ensure the provision of a safe and expeditious ATC service at Gatwick.</li> <li>deliver an ATS operation that is compliant with CAA regulatory requirements and meets all elements of the Company’s Safety Management Systems.</li> <li> be accountable for the contracted service provision at Gatwick, ensuring all commercial and operational obligations are delivered.</li> <li>provide a customer centric service that focuses on continuous and mutual improvement.</li> <li>develop and implement strategic plans for the operation at Gatwick that both enhance and protect ANSL’s service standards and help shape the future requirements of the customers strategy.</li> </ul> <p>The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate senior managerial and leadership experience at a challenging ATC operation and have a proven record of development within ATM. They will have commercial experience of delivering contractual requirements as well as experience of managing to safety management systems and CAA regulations.
