The role will involve direct Squadron level customer support and helpdesk duties, one-on-one customer support and liaising with the Commonwealth for product improvements and enhancements.</p><p></p><p><strong>Experience/Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience in maintaining, administering and supporting Microsoft Windows desktop 7/10 and Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 in a corporate network environment including Microsoft Office applications and associated computing hardware</p></li><li><p>Linux experience/knowledge</p></li><li><p>Formal (or progression towards) qualifications in Information Science, Information Systems or vendor certification equivalent</p></li><li><p>Experience of working within a project environment and to deadlines</p></li><li><p>Systematic and logical problem solving skills</p></li><li><p>High level of customer service and interpersonal communications skills</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to produce clear and concise documentation and reports</p></li><li><p>The ability to undertake ad-hoc tasks out of hours and available to be rostered for on-call duties if required</p></li><li><p>Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements, and have the ability to obtain a Defence Security clearance to NEGATIVE VETTING 2 or above</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Culture</strong></p><p>At Boeing, we innovate and collaborate to make the world a better place.
