This role will sit in <b>Seattle, Washington </b>(and other various sites across the country).</p><p><p><b>Position Responsibilities Include: </b></p><ul><li><p>Participates in full time company sponsored employee development program</p></li><li><p>Manages employees performing activities as part of development programs</p></li><li><p>Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals</p></li><li><p>Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements</p></li><li><p>Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports</p></li><li><p>Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes</p></li><li><p>Manages, develops and motivates employees</p></li></ul><p><p><b>Employer willing to sponsor applicants for employment visa status. </b></p><p><p><b>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</b></p><ul><li><p>Currently enrolled in, or a graduate of, the Leaders for Global Operations Graduate Degree Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)</p></li><li><p>Experience workingin cross-functional environments</p></li></ul><p><p><b>Relocation:</b></p><p>This positionoffers relocation based on candidate eligibility.</p><p><p><b>Drug Free Workplace:</b></p><p>Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.</p><p><p><b>Shift: </b></p><p>This position is for 1st shift</p>
