<p>Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Associate level Multi-skilled Technical Data Designer to support the business at Fort Walton Beach, FL</p><p><p><b>POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><ul><li>Develops multiple publication elements for all levels of maintenance for a fielded equipment minor system or multiple sub systems.</li><li>Collects, researches and analyzes source data and validates source data based on predefined and developed assumptions.</li><li>Estimates the impact of the proposal or changes to the publication elements.</li></ul><p><p><b>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):</b></p><ul><li>Minimum 3 years previous experience with Technical Data writing.</li><li>Previous experience authoring Illustrated Parts Breakdown or Catalogue is required</li><li>Minimum 3 years experience reading and understanding engineering models, drawings, specifications and various technical documentation</li></ul><p><p><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):</b></p><ul><li>Use and development of AWACS Technical Data utilizing Boeing and Supplier Engineering Source Data. Proficiency in applications and authoring tools such as S1000D, Epic Editor, CITRIX, WSRD, REDARS, Arbortext, Adobe Pro X, Excel, Word, and Boeing software applications.</li><li>Previous experience maintaining military aircraft platforms is desirable</li></ul><p><p><b>TYPICAL EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:</b></p><p>Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. </p><p>Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.</p><p><p><b>RELOCATION</b></p><p>This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation.
