This role will be the technical lead across the planners, lifecycle support and task coordinators within the Production & Design team, within the Mission System and Ground Systems Capability.</p><p><p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p><ul><li><p>Technical planning and coordination of tasking across the team </p></li><li><p>Support of the technical growth and development of team members</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with the Capability on strategic development needs</p></li><li><p>Understanding execution requirements to best achieve business outcomes</p></li><li><p>An excellent understanding of planning and production coordination roles to support execution across the business</p></li><li><p>Provide support to business growth through the provision of recommendations for technology and process roadmaps for the future</p></li><li><p>Mentor and coach team members and foster a positive and effective team culture</p><p></p></li></ul><p><strong>Experience/Qualifications</strong></p><p>To be successful you will have:</p><ul><li><p>5+ years' experience in a strong planning role or equivalent</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills that enable you to influence outcomes in a group environment</p></li><li><p>Attention to detail and a passion for process improvement</p></li><li><p>Ability to work with large amounts of information within a fast moving environment</p></li><li><p>Excellent stakeholder engagement and management</p></li><li><p>Experience within an Aerospace or Defence environment highly regarded.</p></li><li><p>Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements.</p></li></ul><p><p><strong>Culture</strong></p><p>At Boeing, we innovate and collaborate to make the world a better place.
