About this role
<p>For our customer in the aerospace industry we are looking for a suitable candidate for the location Taufkirchen, Germany starting as soon as possible for the following position:</p> <p> </p> <p>Navigation Performance and System Engineer (f/m/d) Ref. 2020_441</p> <p> </p> <p>Your responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain and justificy scenario configuration w.r.t. real observed RIMS environment, satellite constellations and ionosphere</li> <li>Maintain and test algorithmic functions of the Prediction chain facility (PCF), for several aspects:</li> <li>- to pre-process obervations</li> <li>- to determine corrections and bounds for satellite orbits and clocks</li> <li>- to determine corrections and bounds for ionosphere delays</li> <li>- to determine EGNOS network time</li> <li>Support integration and troubleshooting of PCF algorithmic functions</li> <li>Contribute to definition of test cases and test reports, and to evaluate test results of PCF algorithmic functions</li> </ul> <p>Your skills:</p> <ul> <li>University Degree in Computer Sciences, Software or Electrical Engineering, Geoinformatics, or Aerospace Engineering or a comparable qualification</li> <li>At least 3 years of work experience in the the space industry</li> <li>Experience in SBAS/EGNOS and also GNSS algorithms and performances for at least 3 years</li> <li>Experience in algorithm verification and troubleshooting and also system engineering processes and tools more than 4 years</li> <li>Experience in Software Development in C </li> <li>Fluent in English; German skills would be a plus</li> <li> </li> </ul> <p align="center">Are you interested in our company and the benefits we offer?<br /> Do you want to become a part of our team?</p> <p align="center">Take the chance to get the world's best ticket for your global career and send your application!</p>
