About this role

This position is for a UK based Technical Publications Delivery Specialist based at MoBoscombe Down. (Occasional travel to RAF Odiham may be required).The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering up to date technical publications and instructions, the preparation and issue of scheduled maintenance work packages to maintenance teams, post maintenance work package co-ordination and 1st time Quality Audit of aircraft documentation.Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Prepare and coordinate scheduled maintenance work packages using GOLDesp maintenance management system.</li><li>Assigns and directs the work activity of other specialists and oversees the efforts of subcontractors/vendors.</li><li>Gathers complete data to support production and delivery of a variety of end products.</li><li>Complies with program directives, sales orders, or other requests to ensure customer contractual agreements are met; reviews vendor supplied materials to ensure contractual compliance.</li><li>Performs final quality data check on technical documents and products.</li><li>Creates specialized digital products per contract requirements.</li><li>Prepares package delivery documentation for formal delivery; coordinates with customers to resolve complex post-delivery issues.</li><li>Maintains delivery record data files; receives, files and retains reproducible; and maintains all aspects of the technical data library.</li><li>Works under minimal supervision.</li></ul>Essential Competencies:<ul><li>Experience of GOLDesp and Form 700 Series (RAF).</li><li>Experienced delivering up to date technical publications and instructions.</li><li>Capable of understanding and interpreting Technical data.</li><li>Knowledge of Part M and Part 145 Maintenance planning within a military environment.</li></ul><b>Ability to obtain UK MOD Security Clearance is essential.</b><b>All information provided will be checked and may be verified.</b><b>Relocation is not available for this role.</b><b><b>Important information regarding this requisition: This requisition is for a locally hired position in the UK.
