<p>Boeing Defense, Space and Security is seeking <b>Experienced Manufacturing Planners </b>to join our Vertical Lift teamin Mesa, AZ.You will provide hands-on Production Engineering support to Boeing Mesa Vertical Lift Programs specifically in the Electrical Centre of Excellence (ECoE). You will be working with a highly skilled team of Manufacturing Engineering, Product Review Engineering, Tool Engineering, and Industrial Engineering personnel to develop real time solutions and innovations to complex manufacturing issues.</p><p><p><b>Position Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Provides Manufacturing Planning support to thestatement of work performed at the Mesasite.</p></li><li><p>Leads and provides technical guidance to early career Manufacturing Planners responsible for line side support, shop floor work instructions, and bills of material.</p></li><li><p>Leads cross functional teams to develop technical solutions & processes improvements in coordination with Operations, Liaison & Tool Engineering, Supplier Quality, Supplier Management, and Program Management</p></li><li><p>Performs producibility assessments for part or product designs.</p></li><li><p>Provides producibility input to design, manufacturing processes and manufacturing technologies to meet cost and schedules.</p></li></ul><p><p><b>The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. US Person includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee</b></p><p><p><b>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</b></p><ul><li><p>An Associate's Degree or higher</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 5 years of experienceas a Manufacturing Planner </p></li><li><p>Minimum of 5 years of experience with wire bundle fabrication concepts, wire installation, electrical equipment installation, or installation of wiring provisions</p></li><li><p>Minimum of3 years of experience working in a engineering, manufacturing and/or production environment</p></li><li><p>Minimum of1 year of experience leading teams or projects</p></li></ul><p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience in supporting commercial and military customers.</p></li><li><p>Production process knowledge of wire harness & panel fabrication or installation</p></li></ul><p><p><b>Typical Education/Experience:</b></p><p>Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.).</p><p><p><b>Relocation:</b></p><p>This position does not offer relocation.
