<p>The F/A-18 Technical Publications Requirements Team is seeking a <b>F/A-18 Technical Publications Delivery Specialist </b>(Publish, Produce, & Deliver) to join the team in support of technical publication delivery activities in Hazelwood, Missouri. This position will provide the opportunity to execute current delivery commitments through gathering and inputting technical data while contributing to process and tool improvements to shape the way work is executed in the future. The successful candidate will be resourceful, self-motivated, and display a commitment to first-time quality while expecting results with urgency.</p><p><p><b>Position Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Prepares and compiles final technical end-products for delivery. </p></li><li><p>Gathers general data to support production and delivery of end product.</p></li><li><p>Complies with program directives, sales orders, or other requests to ensure external customer contractual agreements for technical documents are met. </p></li><li><p>Reviews vendor supplied materials to ensure general contractual compliance. </p></li><li><p>Performs final quality check on data from writer or editor or on other data products. </p></li><li><p>Produces final products in digital format or other formats per contract requirements. </p></li><li><p>Maintains delivery record data files; receives, files and retains reproducibles according to contract requirements. </p></li><li><p>Maintains general technical data library. </p></li><li><p>Works under general supervision.</p></li></ul><p><p><b>This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.</b></p><p><p><b>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</b></p><ul><li><p>1+ years of experience working with product data management information and systems.</p></li><li><p>Experience with complex database tools (i.e. data entry).</p></li><li><p>Proficient utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite.</p></li></ul><p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): </b></p><ul><li><p>Experience using DD-250.</p></li><li><p>Experience using IPDM.</p></li></ul><p><p><b>Typical Education/ Experience:</b></p><p>Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate.</p><p><p><b>Relocation:</b></p><p>This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation.Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.</p><p><p><b>Drug Free Workplace:</b></p><p>Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. </p>
