<p><b>Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS)</b> has an exciting opportunity for an<b>Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 1) </b>to join the dynamic team in <b>Huntsville, AL. </b>As an Manufacturing Operations Specialist, you will serve a pivotal role supporting organizational and enterprise level initiatives designed to transform and evolve Boeings manufacturing system and optimize it for future growth. The role in nature is highly cross-functional and you will be required to work closely with cross-functional partners and senior leadership on a day to day basis to drive critical projects forward.</p><p><p><b>Position Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Assist with activities across limited functions to resolve emergent issues in support of specific operations.</li><li>Assists with assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.</li><li>Provides limited feedback on assessment results.</li><li>Assist the organization to implement strategies and plans. Works under close supervision.</li></ul><p><p><b>This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship</b><b><b>. </b></b>(An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start isrequired.)</p><p><p><b>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</b></p><ul><li>Bachelors degree or higher.</li><li>1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.</li><li>1+ year of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).</li></ul><p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):</b></p><ul><li>1+ year of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives.</li><li>1+ year of experience supporting Operations, Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment.</li><li>1+ year of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes.</li></ul><p><p><b><b>Typical Education/Experience:</b></b></p><p>Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).</p><p><p><b><b>Relocation:</b></b></p><p>Relocation assistance is not a negotiablebenefitforthisposition.
