<p>The Boeing Company is seeking a <b>Lead Technical Publications Project Management Specialist</b> to join the team in <b>Berkley, MO</b>. The candidate will be supporting the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Navy flight manuals.</p><p><p><b>Position Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Directs and monitors extensive, specialized technical data development from the program level ensuring technical data is developed and delivered on schedule and in accordance with contract requirements</li><li>Provides expertise on processes to ensure technical manual data/procedures are documented and current</li><li>Directs program scheduling and reporting efforts and resolves complex issues</li><li>Advises management on the negotiation of contracts and develops summary estimates relevant to technical data development</li><li>Works with customers on complex pricing and scheduling issues</li><li>Coordinates information related to configuration changes that impact publication data</li><li>Leads new business pursuits and process improvements</li></ul><p><p><b>This position requires an Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.) (Current Secret clearance with a background investigation date not older than 5.5 years)</b></p><p><p><b>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</b></p><ul><li>10+ years of experience in Technical Publication Development</li><li>10+ years of experience in Project Management</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite</li></ul><p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):</b></p><ul><li>Experience as a CAM (Control Account Manager)</li><li>Experience with aircraft systems</li><li>Experience with technical data in support of aircraft systems</li><li>Bachelors degree</li></ul><p><p><b>Typical Education/Experience: </b></p><p>Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).</p><p><p><b>Relocation:</b></p><p>This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation.
