You will support the maintenance and repair of medium power HF transmitters, receivers, antennas, IT and Data communications equipment as well as a host of ancillary equipment's. While you will be relied on for your sound judgment and technical experience you will be part of a proven BDA team.</p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p>To be successful you will possess proven experience and qualifications in Electronics and Radio Communications, Data communications and IT system Experience in support and maintenance of large scale HF Communications systems. Be able to effectively participate in a small technical team. Demonstrate an understanding of and experience in using Technical Manuals/publications. Possess an in-depth understanding of and experience in Technical Administration. Ability to participate in an on call roster is essential. Must hold a current driver's license.</p><p>Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements. This role requires the successful applicant to obtain an Australian Government NVET1 Security Clearance.
