About this role
<p>The<b> F - 18 Mid-Level Operations Program Analyst</b> will support Production Engineering & Operations Team for the modification and sustainment of F-18 Program based in <b>Jacksonville, FL. </b></p><p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Supports the development of program schedule and/or manufacturing plans, etc. Coordinates with affected organization regarding impact to the company and product deliveries.</p></li><li><p>Identifies long lead parts and activities, special tooling and technology changes.</p></li><li><p>Analyzes data to make recommendations that drive decisions for projects or processes.</p></li><li><p>Supports business unit level operating plans. Provides analysis of production rates and production development initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Performs production proposal activities. Supports proposal preparation and new business development efforts.</p></li><li><p>Participates on cross-functional teams and identifies product ability issues to maximize efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Works under general supervision.</p></li></ul><p><p><b>This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.</b></p><p><b>An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start isrequired.</b></p><p><p><b>BasicQualifications (Required Skills and Experience):</b></p><ul><li><p>3+ years of experience analyzing data, identifying issues and making recommendations for improvements associated with a value stream that resulted in change and improved business position.</p></li><li><p>3+ years of experience leading cross functional teams.</p></li></ul><p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Experience &Skills)</b>:</p><ul><li><p>Strong communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Scheduling knowledge and critical path methodology.</p></li><li><p>Standard PC desktop applications experience.</p></li></ul><p><p><b>Typical Education/Experience:</b></p><p>Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).</p><p><p><b>Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
