<p>The Leadership, Learning and Organizational Capabilities (LLOC) - Production System Training (PST) Midwest team is seeking an experienced <b><b>Employee Development Specialist</b></b> to join our team in Berkeley, MO. This position will act as a Technical Training Instructor primarily supporting the St. Louis Delivery Center and Final Assembly. Other sites/programs will be supported as needed.</p><p><p>In this role, you will independently perform as an instructor/facilitator/technical performance coach in a specialized content area from one or more of the following areas of expertise including but not limited to Aircraft Mechanical, Aircraft Ground Operations, Aircraft Inspection, Flightline Operations, Aircraft Drawings, Aircraft Process Specifications, Military Technical Data, and/or Electronic Work Instructions.</p><p><p><b><b>Position Responsibilities:</b></b></p><ul><li>Conduct learning utilizing a variety of delivery methods, techniques and platforms.</li><li>Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide learning consultation services.</li><li>Provide extensive professional & technical assistance in both formal classroom and on-the-job learning.</li><li>Render professional assistance to resolve difficult or unusual problems.</li><li>Facilitate work teams, providing necessary training, and leading problem resolution and process improvement.</li><li>Continually broaden/deepen areas of expertise to ensure flexibility across the collective SOW.</li><li>Interpret regulations and standards, ensure delivery of learning complies with commercial, government, regulatory and organizational standards and specifications.</li><li>Emphasize safety precautions to be taken as applicable.</li><li>May occasionally assist Manufacturing Quality and Safety (MQS) Client Services with demand planning and strategic business requirement analysis.</li><li>May occasionally assist MQS Functional Development by serving as a SME.</li><li>May occasionally edit existing solutions or create temporary solutions to meet a unique and/or urgent business need.</li></ul><p><p><b><b>This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (US Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active) </b></b></p><p><p><b><b>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</b></b></p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience performing maintenance, and/or training on military aircraft in a flightline environment</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in Fighter Jet Ground Ops, aircraft production, and/or flight-line operations and Mechanical procedures i.e. towing, fueling, servicing, installation/removals, sealing, line installation, bonding and grounding, torqueing, safetying devices, etc.</li><li>Experience Installing/Removing Ejection Seats</li><li>Experience training and/or mentoring in a technical environment</li><li>Experience reading and interpreting technical data</li></ul><p><b><b></b></b></p><p><b><b>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):</b></b></p><ul><li>Experience with MQ-25, F-15 and F-18 jets</li><li>Experience in Launch and Recovery procedures</li><li>Experience transferring knowledge through formal or informal modes of training.</li><li>Experience and ability to demonstrate skills associated with aircraft ground operations and maintenance i.e. aircraft servicing, system operations, jacking, towing, fueling/de-fueling, component installation/removal, etc.</li><li>Experience in specialized skills i.e. canopy/transparency repair, explosive handling/installation, etc.</li><li>Military Technical School Training and/or Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License</li></ul><p><p><b><b>Typical Education/Experience:</b></b></p><p>Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).</p><p><p><b>Relocation:</b></p><p>Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
