<p><b>The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS), </b><b>Total Quality and Operations</b> supporting the H-47 program is seeking a highly-motivated <b><b>Associate QualitySpecialist</b></b> (Level 2) to join the Vertical Lift Integrated Quality team. The Quality Systems Specialist assists in the review of proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements to prepare quality assurance plans and tests for hardware and software products, processes and services. Thisposition is located in <b>Ridley Park, PA</b>. </p><p></p><p><b>Position Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures.</li><li>Collects and verifies data to support the identification of root cause routine problems.</li><li>Provides ideas and concepts for corrective action developments.</li><li>Assists with hardware, software and system level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements.</li><li>Compiles data and provides recommendations for material review disposition.</li><li>Compiles performance reports and process control statistics to determine and improve process capability or product quality.</li><li>Uses basic statistical methodologies to ensure specified levels of process capability are achieved, maintained or improved.</li><li>Compiles customer and regulatory agency non-conformance data.</li><li>Processes Non-Conforming Reports utilizing QualityMaterial Review Board Certification.</li><li>Ensures the accuracy of Non-Conformance Reports, ensures correct routing and charging.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.</b></p><p></p><p><b>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):</b></p><ul><li>1+ years of experience withquality assurance specifications and requirements</li><li>1+ years of experience with customer or regulatory requirements</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):</b></p><ul><li>Bachelors Degree </li><li>Experience working with AS9100 and/or similar Quality Management System (QMS) standard</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Typical Education/ Experience:</b></p><p>Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Masters +1 year related experience, 7 years related work experience, etc)</p><p></p><p><b>Relocation:</b></p><p>Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
