Our product represents the future of military aviation within Australian and around the world, complementing both manned and unmanned weapon systems. Furthermore, you will be part of an Australian designed, built and operated combat system that is destined to change the nature of Australian military capability. We're very proud of our progress so far…we'd like you to be a part of it.</p> <p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p> <p>As a PW-I developmental UAV systems support role, you will:</p> <ul><li>Be part of creating the future of military aviation capability.</li><li>Report to the ATS Support Segment Lead and be responsible for leading the Operating Support elements of the ATS support segment</li><li>Accept a rare opportunity to play an instrumental role on a first-of-type flight test program.</li><li>Adopt a diverse and challenging role with an industry leader.</li><li>Position yourself for a future capability development role within Boeing / PW-I.</li></ul> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul><li>Operational subject matter expert input to capability development studies including operating concepts of employment and Fundamental Input to Capability (FIC) assessments</li><li>Coordinate provision of operating services for ATS flying operations (this will be base coord, fuel, fire, ATC, airspace coord etc.)</li><li>Developing and implementing ATS mission coordination in control (e.g. white/blue/red force mission management)</li><li>Operational orders, instructions, publications development for ATS operations.</li><li>Qualifications in Test or equivalent technical experience in an discipline. (FTSE desirable).</li><li>Familiarity with Capability change processes.</li><li>Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements.</li></ul> <p><strong>Experience/Qualifications</strong></p> <p>Aircrew with the right attributes to work within a leading-edge environment that is inventing the future. You are a highly competent operator within your field, an innovator, a strong collaborator and a problem solver. Ideally, you will have Military Fast Jet experience. You will also preferably bring other attributes, such as a broad experience of aircraft types, unmanned platform experience and developmental/acceptance/operational test experience.
