<p>Boeing is searching for an E-3 AWAC Tool Room Coordinator to join the team at Tinker AFB, OK.</p><p></p><p>Position Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Assesses manufacturing requirements and verifies customer requests.</li><li>Coordinates with support organizations to resolve manufacturing issues.</li><li>Works with contract administrators to develop and maintain procurement specifications and standards.</li><li>Provides guidance and improvement suggestions to outside suppliers and other analysts.</li><li>Participates in the analysis and research of new technology to provide state of the art cost-effective products.</li><li>Gathers manufacturing and product information to develop and recommend solutions to manufacturing requirements.</li><li>Investigates changes in manufacturing requirements and support emergent requests.</li><li>Analyzes, procures and oversees procurement processes for manufacturing tool services products and services.</li><li>Explores all possible options to resolve potential impacts to budget and manufacturing schedules.</li><li>Supports the evaluation of outside supplier performance and verification of compliance with procedures and contract specifications.</li><li>Participates in the development and management of overhead and capital budgets for the acquisition and inventory of tool services products.</li><li>Reviews on-hand inventory and coordinates re-distribution.</li><li>Participates in the plans for the removal of obsolete inventory.</li><li>Works under limited supervision.</li></ul><p></p><p>Basic Qualifications:</p><ul><li>This position requires an active Interim Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)</li><li>Minimum of 3 years' experience in the materials planning or inventory control process role in a manufacturing environment</li><li>Minimum of 3 years' experience in handling and disposing of hazardous materials per government regulations</li><li>Minimum of 3 years' experience working with spacecraft/aircraft factory manufacturing, quality, and inventory/production control processes and tools (planning, MRP, BOMs, etc.)</li></ul><p></p><p>Typical Education/Experience:</p><ul><li>Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.).</li></ul><p></p><p><b>This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.</b></p><p></p><p><b>This is position is Contingent upon award.</b></p><p></p><p>Boeingis a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.</p><p></p><p>All information provided will be checked and may be verified.</p><p>Please apply ASAP for this role as recruitment may commence before the end date.</p>
