Find your future with us.</p><p></p><p><b><b>Position Overview: </b></b></p><p>Boeing is seeking <b>Associate Procurement Agents</b> (Level 2) to join our Indirect Supply Chain (ISC) team supporting Factory & Production Consumables, Construction & Facilities Services, Logistics & Freight, and Employee Services teams. These positions will be located in Mesa, Arizona or North Charleston, South Carolina.</p><p></p><p>Procurement agents play a pivotal role in developing, managing, integrating and improving Boeing's supply chain. This organization is responsible for the sourcing, procurement and contract management of all indirect goods and services across Boeings global enterprise and is critical to enabling company operations.</p><p></p><p><b>Position Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Develop and inform contract and negotiation strategies</li><li>Assess suppliers company health, performance and capability to deliver products and services</li><li>Create source selection to ensure program and customer integration and alignment with their strategies</li><li>Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions</li><li>Evaluate supplier proposals for cost, lead time, quality and risk</li><li>Prepare and execute negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements</li><li>Conduct risk, issues and opportunities management</li><li>Monitor and manage supplier performance including root cause and recovery</li><li>Initiate supplier improvement activities and integrate results into contracting strategies</li></ul><p></p><p><b>This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required.</b></p><p></p><p><b>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or higher</li><li>Experience communicating with internal and external customers</li><li>More than 1 year ofexperience working directly with suppliers or supplier management<p></p></li></ul><p><b>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):</b></p><ul><li>Experience negotiating contracts, terms and conditions, and pricing</li><li>Experience in procurement and supply chain processes</li><li>Experience using all of the following MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Typical Education/Experience:</b></p><p>Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master +1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).</p><p></p><p><b>Relocation:</b></p><p>Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
