Join us, and you can build something better for yourself, for our customers and for the world.</p><p>Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</p><p></p><p>The Derivative andBomber Program is seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Management Specialist to perform the following responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Directs and monitors technical data development at the program level to ensure data is developed and delivered on schedule and in accordance with contract requirements.</li><li>Coordinates configuration changes for impact to publication data.</li><li>Prepares and negotiates contract and supplier statements of work.</li><li>Prepares detailed pricing quotes and quickly resolves issues related to pricing or scheduling requirements.</li><li>Develops and presents program status for program management, senior management, executive management, and customer briefings.</li><li>Directs publication scheduling, budgeting and reporting efforts for multiple programs and modifications.</li><li>Leads new business pursuits and process improvement initiatives.</li><li>Ability to work large scale Aircraft Modification Programs as it pertains to Technical Publications development.</li><li>Develop and lead cross functional process development efforts.</li><li>Lead and mentor others.</li><li>Consults with project management lead and senior management to integrate organizational strategy and company initiatives to develop project deliverables.</li><li>Develops overall project plan consistent with project objectives as defined by the project owner and key stakeholders in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry (e.g., PMI, Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK], ANSI, and ISO standards).</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b><b>Required Skills:</b></b></p><p></p><ul><li>This position requires an active (or ability to obtain) US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship</li><li>10+ Years of Project Management experience.</li><li>10+ Years of Technical Manual Development experience, in Commercial and/or Military Aircraft.</li><li>10+ Years experience with Government Earned Value Management processes</li><li>Experience in leading others</li><li>Experience in process development and implementation</li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Preferred Skills:</b></b></p><p></p><ul><li>Experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.</li><li>Experience leading teams focused on delivering technical manuals.</li><li>Experience accurately performing quantitative financial calculations and reporting.</li><li>Experience working with internal and external customers to resolve complex issues.</li><li>Experience in successfully resolving technical issues related to cost and schedule.</li><li>Experience working as an earned value management control account manager.</li><li>B-52 platform experience is preferred, but not required.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Relocation: </b></p><p>This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility</p><p></p><p><b>Travel: </b><br />Occasional travel (10%) may be required in support of the program and customer.</p><p></p><p><b>Security Clearance: </b><br />This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship</p><p></p><p><b>Drug Free Workplace: </b><br />Boeingis a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.</p><p></p>
