About this role
<p>BGS is searching for an AWACS Customer Training Systems Specialist to join our growing team in Oklahoma City, OK.</p><p></p><p>Position Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Conducts analyses to evaluate customer communications systems maintenance technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives, and design.</li><li>Oversees activities in the development, delivery, and evaluation of Training Systems technical training.</li><li>Establishes processes for identifying training content and evaluating training effectiveness.</li><li>Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing communication systems maintenance media and materials.</li><li>Gathers data to support complete proposal development activities.</li></ul><p></p><p>Basic Qualifications</p><ul><li><p>This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship</p></li><li>Minimum of 3 years' experience with Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) or Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) platforms</li><li>Minimum of 3 years' experience with aircraft training systems</li><li>Minimum of 3 years' experience developing and delivering training materials</li></ul><p></p><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><ul><li><p>AWACS Mission Crew Training Systems (MCTS) operations</p></li></ul><p></p><p>This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation.
