<p>The Boeing Company is currently seeking a<b>Mid-level Field Service Representative - Analyst</b>to join their team in <b>Suitland, MD</b>. This employee will work onsite in a dynamic environment within a government facility and is responsible for supporting mission operations. </p><p></p><p>The ideal candidate would have an understanding of, and/or recent experience in, Navy cryptologic systems and familiarization of MCS-21 family of systems. </p><p></p><p><b>Position Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Identifies, analyzes, creates and validates new signal descriptor files and signal validation guides</li><li>Maintains advanced level of proficiency of signal analysis within the Government site.</li><li>Performs troubleshooting and optimization of MCS-21 system tasking</li><li>Develops and conducts Navy Fleet training on-site and at CONUS/OCONUS signal lab locations</li><li>Weekly verbal and written reporting to Naval Chain of Command</li></ul><p></p><p><b>This position requires an active current Top Secret/SCI U.S. Security Clearance and must be able to obtain a CI Polygraph</b><b>. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)</b></p><p></p><p><b>Required Skills/Experience:</b></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in US Navy cryptologic systems</li><li>Experience with collection planning, concept of operations (CONOPS) development and executing operational scenarios</li><li>Experience with network and traffic analysis</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Skills/Experience:</b></p><ul><li>Ability to work individually or in a small team environment</li><li>Creative problem solving and independent critical thinking skills</li><li>Bachelor's or Master's Degree</li><li>Understanding of Information Operations planning</li><li>Ability to translate system capabilities into Joint / Navy doctrine, CONOPS, and Navy Tactics Techniques and Procedures</li><li>Well-developed verbal and written communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with customers and developers</li><li>Comfortable with presenting materials to large groups and senior military representatives</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Typical Education/Experience:</b></p><p>Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).</p><p><b>Relocation:</b><br />This position does not offer relocation.
