<p>Tapestry Solutions a Boeing Company is seeking a Customer Training Specialist Simulations Intelligence Analyst to work in Hohenfels, DE. Germany. This is a U.S. Expat assignment working with Joint Forces in a NATO environment providing training simulations. As a Customer Training Specialist Simulations Intelligence Analyst you willassist with development andprovide intelligence analysis training to customer.</p><p></p><p>The Customer Training Specialist Simulations Intelligence Analyst executes design, development, control and execution of practical exercises related to assessment, collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information and information systems. Analyzes training effectiveness to ensure support products and simulations are accurately portraying the operational environment and training objectives are met. Analyzes and integrates intelligence data, plans, or systems.</p><p></p><p></p><p>Performs one or more of the following or related activities: 1) Analyzes, reviews and integrates intelligence data from a variety of sources. 2) Operates intelligence systems and intelligence analysis systems. 3) Provides analysis of threat and makes recommendations to support military training, doctrine development, and/or real world conflict scenarios. 4) Designs, develops, engineers and implements intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance systems; analyzes intelligence practices, systems, programs and proposals to make appropriate recommendations. 5) Develops and coordinates intelligence plans and requirements.</p><p></p><p><b>Position Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Performs and provides military intelligence exercise planning support.</li><li>Designs Exercise Support Plans and Exercise Support Manning Documents.</li><li>Analyzes, develops and synchronizes intelligence related story lines for the Joint Master Scenario Event List.</li><li>Develops opposing forces order of battle, orders, and scripts.</li><li>Analyzes and advises on intelligence simulation data base builds.</li><li>Participates and provides subject matter expertise for planning conferences.</li><li>Analyzes and develops intelligence portions of after action review materials.</li><li>Familiar with current Army Battle Command Systems of record</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</b></p><ul><li>Active Secret U.S. SecurityClearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)</li><li>Experience working for or with U.S. Army</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):</b></p><ul><li>Experience training as a training instructor</li><li>Should have a working knowledge of DCGS-A, CPOF and CPCE that support product development</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Typical Education / Experience:</b></p><p>Bachelor's degree and 6 or more years related work experience, Master's degree and 4 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination.</p><p></p><p><b>Drug Free Workplace:</b></p><p>Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.</p><p></p><p><b>Relocation:</b></p><p>This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility</p>
