About this role
<p>The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Experienced Quality Assurance Specialist for the F-15 Qatar program. The initial training will be in St. Louis, MO., with the work being performed in Al Udeid AB, Qatar. This will be a Long Term Assignment supporting Maintenance Operations on new F-15 aircrafts. Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided.</p><p></p><p><b>POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Reviews proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements ensuring early quality involvement in program development.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepares and maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed.</li><li>Analyzes process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of problems. Participates with stakeholders to develop potential preventive or corrective actions and implementation.</li><li>Conducts research, compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics, to continuously improve process capability.</li><li>Conducts quality source selection and process reviews of suppliers' ability to meet program quality requirements and support business decisions, and develops a coordinated response for management review and approval.</li><li>Conducts hardware, software and system level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements and reports results to management.</li><li>Analyzes data to provide material review dispositions for nonconforming materials, parts and equipment.</li><li>Works under general direction.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): </b></p><ul><li>This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.</li></ul><ul><li>Minimum of 5+ years flightline maintenance experience on F-15 Fighter Aircraft</li><li>Minimum of 5+ years experience inspecting maintenance on Military Fighter Aircraft</li><li>Must be willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime. Some positions may also be rotating shifts</li></ul><p></p><p><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): </b></p><ul><li>Experience on military fighter platforms (F-16, F-18, F-22, F-5, F-14, or F-15)</li><li>Previous Quality Assurance experience</li><li>Root cause analysis experience</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Ex-Pat Information</b></p><ul><li>Candidate must be able to obtain a work visa, depending on requirements of the country.</li><li>Candidate must be able to meet the cultural requirements of the country, as applicable.</li><li>Employment is contingent on the candidates ability to satisfy all labor and immigration formalities of the country.</li><li>Because the candidate selected will be expected to go on an international assignment, the offer will be contingent upon the candidates ability to obtain clearances from International Health Services and the receipt of a visa/work permit to the country in which he or she will be assigned. These contingencies also apply to any/all family members who may be relocating with the candidate.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>TYPICAL EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: </b></p><p>Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.).</p><p></p><p><b>Relocation: </b></p><p><b>This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation to St. Louis, MO.
